Then, re not happy, an adjustable foot was broken................ no wonder the packaging of the projector was just put in a box without any foam next to it... (as much for the small packages, they don't hesitate to stuff a lot of shock absorbers in them, but for the big ones...... it's not always that.......) I didn't even talk about it to customer service, but it would be nice if he would pay more attention to these two aspects !!
