I can only make two general remarks: * Wires are sent at a slow rate, so it takes a little longer to be sent. If, however, you have not received it after a long delay, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service so that we can consider a possible objection on the Wire!
* When a prize is "valid", it means that you receive it as soon as the next shipment is sent if we have it in stock, which is the case for most of the Prizes offered. However, it sometimes happens that our suppliers do not meet the expected delivery time, in which case it may take a little longer. Once again, the best way to be reassured is to contact Customer Service!
